OUR TEAM
Meet Our Executive Team
The Aegis executive team has been personally cultivated by CEO and owner Patricia McGee. Guided by the Aegis mission, Patricia focused on diversity, experience and dedication to build her leadership team and guide the success of Aegis Solutions.

Patricia McGee, M.S., B.S.,
MS Founder and CEO
Patricia has led a long and experienced career even prior to her journey of founding McGee Aegis Solutions in 2021. Patricia brings with her a strong clinical background graduating at the top of her class with a Masters in Psychology. Working with Crisis Intervention at the start of her career Patricia knew collaborating with community resources and partnering with a multitude of providers helped to create a well-rounded team to assist those most at risk to lead a successful and meaningful everyday life. Patricia used this model as the foundation of her career moving forward and applied it to her many years of working with the Intellectually Disabled and Autism population. This concept remained her driving force and was the cornerstone of her developing the programs offered at Aegis Solutions. Utilizing community resources, finding those willing to become part of a team, and identifying quality programmatic standards, Aegis and The Lotus Project was born. Over the past four years Patricia has grown Aegis Solutions from serving a handful of individuals with community supports, to providing 24/7 care for those in the Lotus Project, has partnered with county resources for the Housing initiative, opened licensed residential programs and successfully began the Aegis Supported Living Department. When not fully in the throes of running her own company, Patricia enjoys spending her time with her parents, her three sons and her three grandchildren.
