Aegis values all of our employees. We are an organization that is geared toward promoting independence in all of the individuals we serve. With this being said, we are also invested in assisting all of our employees grow within the organization. We offer several training programs and tracks to employees who wish to grow into leadership positions. We also offer assistance in achieving NADD-DSP certification as well as NADSP program enrollment and certification.
