None of this would be possible without the dedication, perseverance, and tenacity of our Direct Support Professionals. Their commitment is at the core of every opportunity we have and every success our individuals experience.
Each month, Aegis recognizes at least one Direct Support Professional as part of our Aegis Allstar program. Nominations may come from peers for many reasons—whether it’s going above and beyond for an individual, stepping up in a crisis, or mentoring a new staff member. While the reasons vary, every Aegis Allstar shares a common thread: they embody our mission, vision, and values, they reflect the culture we strive to cultivate, and they represent the very best of what we do at Aegis.

Jacqueline Gray, Direct Support Professional
Jacqueline is one of our many Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that commit her time to the individuals that she serves. Jacqueline has several years of experience as a DSP and has been able to make a significant and positive impact on all of those that she works with.
She received her Aegis All-Star Certificate on January 30, 2025. Her certificate reading “Amazing job supporting individuals you work with. From filling shifts to helping with moves, to providing positive approaches to make the lives of those we serve a little brighter!”
Each month our staff get to nominate their peers to let them know their hard work and dedication didn’t go unnoticed.
