At Aegis we take pride in our programs, we strive to have our individuals be the best version of themselves and we are honored to play such a significant role in their everyday lives. We also know that without the dedication, perseverance and tenacity of our Director Support Professionals we would not have the opportunities we have nor the successes our individuals experience every day. Monthly we honor at least one Direct Support Professional at Aegis. They can be nominated by their peers for a myriad of reasons; for going above and beyond with an Aegis individual, helping during a crisis or being a mentor to a new staff. While there are many reasons to be nominated as an Aegis Allstar, there is always one familiar undercurrent for these allstars – they embody the mission, vision, and values of Aegis, the Aegis culture and continue to be reflection of what we do best.

Jacqueline Gray, Direct Support Professional
Jacqueline is one of our many Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that commit her time to the individuals that she serves. Jacqueline has several years of experience as a DSP and has been able to make a significant and positive impact on all of those that she works with.
She received her Aegis All-Star Certificate on January 30, 2025. Her certificate reading “Amazing job supporting individuals you work with. From filling shifts to helping with moves, to providing positive approaches to make the lives of those we serve a little brighter!”
Each month our staff get to nominate their peers to let them know their hard work and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. Our staff take pride in their work and we value celebrating them for all the big and small things they do when working with the individuals in our programs. Jayson jarrah
Direct support professional
Jayson has been identified as an Aegis all-star because of his proved dedication to ensuring that individual needs are met, service notes are completed, and communicating with the team at all times. He was awarded as an Aegis All-star on January 31, 2025.
His certificate reads “ Excellent daily documentation for the individuals you work with. Through your consistent notes you are keeping the entire team up-to-date and aware of the successes, barriers, and needs of those you see daily.”
